磁载光催化剂Fe3O4/C/TiO2的制备及对三氯苯酚的降解   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1

以FeCl3为铁源,葡萄糖为碳源,钛酸四丁酯为钛源,采用水热法制备了磁载光催化剂Fe3O4/C/TiO2,用TEM、EDX、VSM、XRD和IR对Fe3O4/C/TiO2的粒径、形貌和物相等进行了表征。研究了该催化剂对三氯苯酚的降解性能,探讨了其重复使用的可能性,用荧光光谱法推测了可能的反应机理。结果表明该材料结合了光催化与可再生的优点,1 g·L-1 Fe3O4/C/TiO2在18 W紫外灯下,50 min内可将三氯苯酚降解97.9%以上,6次循环使用后降解率仍保持在95.1%,降解过程中有羟基自由基生成。  相似文献

OX\begin{document}$_2$\end{document} (X=halogen) molecules was studied theoretically. Calculation results show that delocalized \begin{document}$\pi_3^6$\end{document} bonds exist in their electronic structures and O atoms adopt the sp\begin{document}$^2$\end{document} type of hybridization, which violates the prediction of the valence shell electron pair repulsion theory of sp\begin{document}$^3$\end{document} type. Delocalization stabilization energy is proposed to measure the contribution of delocalized \begin{document}$\pi_3^6$\end{document} bond to energy decrease and proves to bring extra-stability to the molecule. These phenomena can be summarized as a kind of coordinating effect.  相似文献

建立了一种机械力化学提取法和实时直接分析质谱(DART-MS)分析相结合的中草药多糖分析方法,同时测定了黄芪、银耳、百合、茯苓、鼓槌石斛、金钗石斛、铁皮石斛和党参8种中草药多糖。比较了机械力化学提取(MCE)法与传统方法的提取效果,并优化了MCE法的提取参数。通过体积排阻色谱分离中草药多糖,建立分子质量校准曲线,估算了多糖分子质量。利用DART-MS直接裂解多糖大分子,可瞬时获得m/z<350的碎片离子,不同的中草药多糖得到的特征性的质谱离子峰可用于多糖样品的有效区分。该方法具有简单、快速、高通量、无需预消化的特点,是直接从复杂多糖大分子中获取特征指纹图谱的有力工具。  相似文献

在乙醇-水混合体系中,以氨水为沉淀剂共沉淀合成了甲氨蝶呤/层状双金属氢氧化物(MTX/LDH)纳米复合物,采用控制水热处理时间的方式来调控其性能。利用X-射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和红外光谱(FT-IR)等表征手段,对其结构及形貌进行了表征。研究表明:MTX分子以单层倾斜或垂直方式插入LDH层间,随着水热处理时间的不同,MTX在层间的倾斜角度发生了变化;水热处理时间对产物的结晶度、粒径和层间排列方式都有影响,当水热处理时间为12h时,得到的MTX/LDH纳米复合物的结晶度最高,单分散性最好。在磷酸缓冲液中考察了MTX/LDH纳米复合物的缓释性能,结果表明样品均呈现出良好的缓释性能,释放速率先快后慢。重点考察了这几种MTX/LDH纳米复合物作用于肺癌细胞A549的细胞生物实验,研究表明这几种复合物对肺癌细胞A549都具有良好的抑制作用,其效果与纳米复合物的单分散性和粒径有密切的关系,单分散性越好,粒径分布越均匀,对A549癌细胞的抑制效果越好。  相似文献

有机氯农药与肿瘤相关基因DNA间的作用机制研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
利用紫外可见(UV-vis)吸收光谱、荧光(FL)光谱和圆二色谱(CD)研究了3种有机氯农药[DDT,DDE和DDD]与人类肿瘤相关基因(p53 DNA和C-myc DNA)的相互作用,阐明有机氯农药的基因毒性。UV-vis和FL光谱实验表明,有机氯农药主要通过嵌插方式与DNA碱基作用,形成非共价复合物。通过FL实验得到的农药分子与p53 DNA的结合能力顺序为:DDE>DDT>DDD,对C-myc DNA为:DDD>DDE>DDT;并通过计算结合过程的热力学常数证实以疏水作用为主要的作用力。CD实验表明,部分有机氯农药能够影响DNA的碱基对堆积和二级结构,很可能进一步造成DNA损伤,并最终导致基因突变。  相似文献

The ability to incorporate functional metal ions (Mn+) into metal–organic coordination complexes adds remarkable flexibility in the synthesis of multifunctional organic–inorganic hybrid materials with tailorable electronic, optical, and magnetic properties. We report the cation-exchanged synthesis of a diverse range of hollow Mn+-phytate (PA) micropolyhedra via the use of hollow Co2+-PA polyhedral networks as templates at room temperature. The attributes of the incoming Mn+, namely Lewis acidity and ionic radius, control the exchange of the parent Co2+ ions and the degree of morphological deformation of the resulting hollow micropolyhedra. New functions can be obtained for both completely and partially exchanged products, as supported by the observation of Ln3+ (Ln3+=Tb3+, Eu3+, and Sm3+) luminescence from as-prepared hollow Ln3+-PA micropolyhedra after surface modification with dipicolinic acid as an antenna. Moreover, Fe3+- and Mn2+-PA polyhedral complexes were employed as magnetic contrast agents.  相似文献

The surface hydroxyl groups of NixCu1−x(OH)2 play a crucial role in governing their conversion efficiency into NixCu1−xOx(OH)2−x during the electro-chemical pre-activation process, thus affecting the integral ammonia oxidation reaction (AOR) reactivity. Herein, the rational design of hierarchical porous NiCu double hydroxide nanotyres (NiCu DHTs) was reported for the first time by considering hydroxyl-rich interfaces to promote pre-activation efficiency and intrinsic structural superiority (i.e., annulus, porosity) to accelerate AOR kinetics. A systematic investigation of the structure–function relationship was conducted by manipulating a series of NiCu DHs with tunable intercalations and morphologies. Remarkably, the NiCu DHTs exhibit superior AOR activity (onset potential of 1.31 V with 7.52 mA cm−2 at 1.5 V) and high ammonia sensitivity (detection limit of 9 μm ), manifesting one of the best non-noble metal AOR electrocatalysts and electro-analytical electrodetectors. This work deepens the understanding of the crucial role of surface hydroxyl groups on determining the catalytic performance in alkaline medium.  相似文献

Magnetic graphitic carbon nitride nanocomposites were successfully prepared in situ and used to develop a highly sensitive magnetic solid‐phase extraction method for the preconcentration of phthalate esters such as di‐n‐butyl phthalate, butyl phthalate, dihexyl phthalate, and di‐(2‐ethyl hexyl) phthalate from water. The adsorption and desorption of the phthalate esters on magnetic graphitic carbon nitride nanocomposites were investigated and the parameters affecting the partition of the phthalate esters, such as adsorption, desorption, recovery, were assessed. Under the optimized conditions, the proposed method showed excellent sensitivity with limits of detection (S/N = 3) in the range of 0.05–0.1 μg/L and precision in the range of 1.1–2.6% (n = 5). This method was successfully applied to the analysis of real water samples, and good spiked recoveries over the range of 79.4–99.4% were obtained. This research provides a possibility to apply this nanocomposite for adsorption, preconcentration, or even removal of various carbon‐based ring or hydrophobic pollutants.  相似文献
